boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved, boursin cheese, quartered (or other herb-flavored cheese), english walnuts, finely chopped, spinach leaves, steamed slightly, salt, black pepper, dry white wine, light raspberry vinaigrette dressing (if lite raspberry vinaigrette is not available sub 1/4 cup lite red wine vinegar and oil dressing an), butter or 2 tbsp margarine

carrot , coarsely crated, salted peanuts, golden raisins, garlic clove, raspberry dressing (see my other recipe or use store bought raspberry vinaigrette), dried chilli flakes, pepper and salt to taste
