chuck roast, season-all salt, olive oil, peeled baby carrots, chopped celery, sliced onion, water, worcestershire sauce, potatoes, peeled and cut in half lengthwise, pepper, beef bouillon powder or 2 tsp beef base, bay leaves

butter, chicken breasts (4.4 lb), celery ribs, roughly chopped, onions, diced, carrots, peeled and very roughly chopped, garlic cloves (minced ), head broccoli, heads endive (roughly chopped ), fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, fresh tarragon (optional), salt, fresh ground pepper, butter, flour, chicken stock (will be self made from this recipe)
