7 potato leek healthy Recipes

cauliflower, large, fresh (i do mean large, white, really fresh), leeks, cleaned and thinly sliced, bacon, chopped, oil (for frying ), chicken broth (4 cups, 1 litre, chicken stock), potatoes, peeled and chopped, hot pepper sauce (salsa thickness), garlic, chopped (or more , to taste), parsley, roughly chopped , loosely measured (pref. flatleaf), salt (taste the soup before adding to taste), ground nutmeg

potatoes, peeled and diced (about 6 cups, i used red potatoes), mushrooms, sliced (i use a mix of cremini and button white mushrooms), leeks, white and some of the green part (about 1 1/2-inch of the green), onion, fine diced, celery rib, fine diced (including the leaves), garlic cloves, minced fine, vegetable broth (chicken broth works fine), white wine, brandy (cognac is fine), flour (if you like your soup thicker, mix a bit more with some of the broth and mix it into the soup ), butter, fresh dill, fine chopped, fresh parsley, fine chopped, bay leaf, salt, pepper, sour cream

chopped yellow onion, sliced leek (whites only ), granny smith apples, cored, peeled and quartered, reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth, bay leaf, salt (to taste), dried thyme, fat-free evaporated milk, potatoes, peeled and sliced, brie cheese, cut into small cubes

onion, chopped, carrot, diced, leek, sliced, potato, cubed, celery ribs, in 2 cm lengths, oil, flour, vegetable stock cubes or 1 chicken stock cube, water, boiling, salt and pepper, to taste
