oatmeal (not instant ), all-purpose flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, chilled (1/4 cup-you may substitute margarine), honey crisp apples (or another firm , tart, cooking apple), butter (1/4 cup-may substitute margarine), brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, cold water, pie crust (pillsbury unroll-and-fill s work great or make your own)

eggs, lightly beaten (or egg substitute), brown sugar, baking powder, salt, whole wheat flour, all-purpose white flour, rolled oats (oatmeal), cornmeal, nonfat plain yogurt, low-fat buttermilk (or make your own with milk plus lemon juice), melted butter or 1 tbsp margarine or 1 tbsp canola oil

rolled oats or 3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal, salt, cinnamon, dried blueberries, splenda sugar substitute, nonfat dry milk powder

whole-berry cranberry sauce (i make my own, adding a little blood orange zest), honey , or to taste, yogurt cheese (preferably made with non-fat organic yogurt), plain instant oatmeal (your favourite brand, i use quaker)

oats (quick cooking works best ), salt to taste in each bag, zip-like baggies
