ground beef, ground pork, diced onion, diced celery, diced green pepper, tomato sauce, water, beef base (bullion cubes will work), cumin, chili powder, black pepper (freshly ground ), salt (optional), roasted garlic, oregano, dry mustard, tequila, beer (i use corona), paprika, sugar (not a lot-just enough to reduce acidity), unsweetened cocoa powder, ground coriander, hot sauce, cayenne pepper (adjust to taste or omit), homemade pinto beans , made using leftover ham bone from a spiral cut ham (you can also use kidney beans or canned pinto beans but chili is not as good)

bath soap, flakes or 2 cups grated bar bath soap, water, glycerin

unperfumed cream bath soap (you will need approx 8 oz.), dark organic cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, walnut oil or 5 tsp hazelnut oil or 5 tsp almond extract, drops orange essential oils, approx, mineral water or 5 tbsp bottled water, paper baking cup

frozen peas (you can use fresh peas if you like), lamb, cubes, tomato paste, ripe and soft tomatoes, lamb stock (home made or store bought, or stock cubes dissolved in water) or 1 liter chicken stock (home made or store bought, or stock cubes dissolved in water), onion, finely chopped (white or yellow ), garlic cloves, minced, salt (most people would prefer more , but i find that this is a good amount for my taste), dried coriander, curry powder, black pepper, tabasco sauce (optional), water (as needed)
