stew meat, cubed, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, vegetable oil, stalks celery , sliced into bite sized pieces, onion, chopped, garlic cloves, minced, mushrooms, sliced, beef gravy mix (i use 1 package of clubhouse brown gravy mix), water, guinness stout (or another dark brew), tomato paste, bay leaves, lipton onion soup mix, dried thyme, worcestershire sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, basil, frozen peas , if desired, water, potatoes (i use parisienne , small pre-peeled), baby carrots (1/2 small bag)

ground beef or ground turkey, ketchup, garlic chopped/ fresh is best, sweet basil leaves chopped/ fresh or dry, eggs, mushrooms chopped, onion / sweet vadila if in season chopped, sliced black olives, lipton onion soup mix (beefy onion is good too), beer (or beef broth) but is best, milk, italian bread crumbs, worchestershire sauce, dried cranberries this is (opitional)good when using ground turkey, black pepper or to taste, salt or to taste, shredded cheese any kind of cheese you perfer, tomato sauce

ground chuck, lipton onion soup mix (i change it up from beefy onion to mushroom onion or regular onion-comes 2 envelopes to a box)
