4 lime had Recipes

tequila/lime chicken sausage (i buy amilu s from costco) i only had 4, but 5 would be better, chopped onion (sweet or yellow ), chopped fire roasted chiles (the hot ones, but you can use mild ), enchilada sauce (i like the medium or hot if you can find it), el pato mexican tomato sauce (found in mexican aisle or tomato sauce aisle), cream cheese - i use light (neufchatel), shredded cheese, any kind you like (i used mexican blend - cheddar/jack), corn tortillas (or flour, if you prefer) i used 8

tomatillo (i had about 7 or 8 medium sized), shallot, green pepper, jalapeno (1 for medium 2 for mild 3 if you like it hot!), fresh cilantro, lime , juice of, chili flakes, salt & pepper, extra virgin olive oil

black beans, drained and rinse, niblet or shoepeg corn, rotel tomatoes with lime & cilantro, ripe red tomaote, diced, approx 1/4 cup jarred roasted red peppers, diced (or roast your own , but that won tsp be quick n easy...lol), red onion, chopped, lime wedge, chopped garlic, chopped cilantro (i had dried, so i used it. fresh would be better)
