heavy cream, very cold, powdered ( confectionary ) sugar to taste, vanilla , or almond or flavor extract of choice( orange, lemon, anise etc etc ), variations, chocolate : 1/2 cup baking cocoa, sifted in with in the icing sugar, mocha/expresso : 1 tbsp instant coffee, mixed in the cream, alcoholic : 1 - 2 tbsp rum, sherry, kaluha etc etc, pudding flavor : 2 tbsp instant vanilla pudding powder

diet sprite or 3/4 cup diet lemon-lime soda, tequila (for alcohol free, this may be left out), sugar-free lemonade-flavored drink mix, lime juice
