3 know zucchini Recipes

farfalle pasta, zucchini, grated, extra virgin olive oil, garlic clove, finely chopped, fresh rosemary, chopped, plain yogurt (in the recipe it asks for 10% of fat, i don tsp know if you use reduced-fat or fat-free, if it will af), parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated, butter, salt and pepper

olive oil, super large zucchini, cubed, corn kernels (you could use a cup of frozen corn, but i used 4 small ears of sweet corn and cut the kernels off the cob and i would definitely recommend the fresh over the frozen at this time of year), granulated garlic* (i was pressed for time so i took the easy route here, but i know i d prefer using a few cloves of roasted garlic or a few cloves of grated fresh garlic, i ll be using 1 or the other of those next time), konriko jalapeno all-purpose seasoning (if you don tsp have this, you really should get some!!), approx. 2 tbsp lime juice, butter, approx. 1/4 cup finely crumbled feta cheese
