pizza dough (pillsbury or homemade , or whatever you like, enough for 2 crusts), tomato sauce, onion, minced finely, poppy seeds, mozzarella cheese, shredded

crust pizza dough (i used pillsbury but use homemade if desired), marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped, jarred minced garlic, shredded mozzarella cheese (or more , fontina would be good also), sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce (can use more , we do not like saucy), canadian bacon , cut into strips, rotel tomatoes & chilies, drained, feta cheese, red onions, coarsely chopped, dried basil, salt and pepper

prepared pizza crust (frozen bread dough, boboli, homemade, whatever you have), alfredo sauce (out of a jar, or leftover homemade sauce), mozzarella cheese, chopped cooked chicken (optional), sun-dried tomatoes (optional)

water, yeast, unbleached all-purpose flour, salt, olive oil, garlic, minced, red pepper olive oil (or red pepper flakes), sugar (divided ), diced tomatoes, drained, prepared tomato sauce (we used classico roasted garlic), brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, basil, oregano, bay leaf, salt and pepper, to taste
