4 gravy no drippings Recipes

butter (can use hard margarine), all-purpose flour, all-purpose flour, black pepper (more is better , i use freshly ground pepper), pan drippings (or see options below the recipe)

skimmed fat from turkey drippings, chopped shallots, unbleached all-purpose flour, turkey pan drippings, (no fat) mixed with low-sodium turkey or chicken stock to make 4 cups, eggs, hard-boiled and chopped, salt and freshly ground black pepper
