olive oil, links hot italian turkey sausage, sliced, onion, chopped, water, italian salad dressing mix (i use good seasons ), red kidney beans, drained and rinsed, garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed, black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed

smoked beef sausage, diced, onion, diced, dry onion soup mix (optional), garlic cloves, minced, vegetable stock or 6 cups beef stock, sliced carrot, bow tie pasta, italian-style tomatoes, diced, garbanzo beans, fresh spinach leaves, coarsely chopped, dried oregano, basil, crushed red pepper flakes, red wine (optional, but highly recommend )

chicken stock (i make my own to control sodium), hot italian chicken sausage (or sweet if you prefer ), diced tomatoes, undrained, great northern beans, drained and rinsed, garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed (chickpeas), frozen spinach, olive oil, salt & pepper, to taste, parmesan cheese (optional)
