cheese whiz, cream of mushroom soup (i use about 1/2 - 3/4 of the can), seasoning salt

butter (or margarine will work fine), cream cheese, softened, half-and-half (or you can use milk), garlic powder, fancy shredded italian cheese blend (or you can use just shredded parmesan), salt and pepper, to taste

butter (no subs!), minced garlic (can use a bit more only if you like extreme garlic taste!), whipping cream (unwhipped), nutmeg (optional), basil (rubbed between fingers to release the flavor), grated parmesan cheese, salt & freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
