sour cream, frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry, chopped green onions, water chestnuts, drained and chopped, mayonnaise, vegetable soup mix, grated parmesan cheese, butter, melted, dill weed, garlic powder, tubes (7-1/2 oz each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

white vinegar, sugar, water, salt, dried whole dill weed, onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings (i use vidalia sweet if possible)
