ground oreo cookies (regular or chocolate filled), melted unsalted butter, vanilla extract, combine all ingredients and press into a glass pie plate (i use a deep dish), unsalted butter, dark brown sugar (if you have only light brown sugar in your pantry it s ok to use), corn syrup (light or dark ), heavy cream, pecan halves, unsweetened chocolate melted or chopped fine (i use the microwave for melting)

unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie shell , if frozen thaw completely, eggs, all-purpose flour--heaping, sugar, brown sugar, butter, softened, semi-sweet chocolate chips, i prefer mini ones but regular size is good to, chopped pecans

cream cheese, softened, sugar, crushed pineapple, slightly drained, flaked coconut, chopped pecans, cool whipped topping, thawed (or 2 cups whipping cream, whipped, and sweetened with 3-4 tbsp sugar), baked deep dish pie shells or 1 graham cracker pie crust or 1 chocolate cookie pie crust
