evaporated milk (150 ml), milk chocolate candy bars (or dark chocolate), fresh fruit , cookies (or anything you want to dip)

cream cheese, softened, butter, yogurt, plain or 1 tbsp vanilla, orange zest, powdered sugar, assorted cookie, assorted berries, dark chocolate squares

you will need : 1 3 1/2 by 6-inch by 1 1/2-inch cornucopia mold (6-oz size), 5 to 6 bulldog clips, and acorn and/or leaf molds, dark chocolate, rum raisin truffles (see recipe ), chocolate dipped fruit , recipe follows, chocolate dipped cashews
