beef stew meat cut into 1 inch pieces, flour, pepper, worcestershire sauce, bay leaf, potatoes diced, stalk celery sliced, salt, beef broth, garlic chopped, paprika, onions chopped, kitchen bouquet optional but good for extra flavor

olive oil, beef stew meat or 2 lbs sirloin, cut into bite sized chunks, flour, garlic cloves, crushed, good quality marsala wine, chicken stock, cream of mushroom soup, baby portabella mushrooms, sliced, salt and pepper, to taste
