black beans, rinsed and drained, whole kernel corn, drained, bottled thick & chunky salsa, boneless skinless chicken breasts, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese

frozen boneless chicken thighs, salsa, black beans (rinsed or drained ), corn (drained ), rice (i use minute , more or less depending how thick you want it), cream cheese (can substitute sour cream, just not as creamy)
