vegetable radiatore or other short cut pasta, cooked according to package & cooled, carrots, sliced or diced, cucumbers, diced (i used little persians with the skin still on), tomatoes, diced (i used mini red vine), seeded, black olives, sliced, red wine vinaigrette, mayo, parmesan, grated, sea salt & black pepper, freshly ground - to taste

vidalia or sweet onion, cucumbers ( i use some pickling cucumber out of my garden so they are about 4 - 5 inches long), tomato, mayo, dried dill weed, sugar or splenda, salt or i use light , use more or less to your taste
