boneless skinless chicken breasts, shredded, taco seasoning, rice , prepared as per package directions, frozen corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, picante sauce (thick and chunky works best, but you can use whatever you like), shredded cheddar cheese, tortillas (i like the jalepeno and cheddar ones)
