46 cheese pizza sticks Recipes

i use a basic pizza dough recipe making thin crust pizza or buy store bought., pecorino romano cheese, olive oil, kosher salt or sea salt, sesame seeds

pizza dough (either homemade, ready to form or purchased,raw), ricotta cheese (if it s liquidy, drain til it s dry), diced pepperoni (i used a stick and diced it), ham steak, diced, fresh mozzarella , shredded, fresh mushrooms, diced (give these a real quick saute to render the liquid, then drain well.), fresh italian herbs, garlic, minced, egg or white, beaten and mixed with a tsp or so of water, marinara or pizza sauce for dipping, fresh grated parmesan , optional

balls pizza dough (thawed if frozen ), egg, beaten, grated parmesan cheese (1 oz), pitted black olive , quartered lengthwise, marinara sauce (or any other dip you prefer)

cream cheese, softened, pizza sauce, italian cheese blend, shredded (or use mozzarella if you can tsp find the blend), pepperoni, sliced and quartered (i use stick pepperoni instead of pre-sliced pizza pepperoni), ripe olives, drained and sliced, bagel chips , for serving
