brick cream cheese (i use full fat for flavour, but you can sub light- just don tsp add cream), heavy cream, sugar (i use natural unbleached ), vanilla, your favourite homemade preserve or pie filling (i used blackberry jam), sheets of phyllo, melted butter & brush or cooking spray, ziplock bag

sheets phyllo dough, covered with a damp cloth, butter, melted, cream cheese, softened, sugar, grated fresh lemon rind, lemon juice, whipping cream , whipped, cherry pie filling
