5 caldo chicken rice soup Recipes

chicken stock, preferably homemade, grain rice, salt and pepper, diced fresh tomato, minced onion, preferably white, diced cooked chicken, fresh lime juice (or to taste), chopped cilantro (or more to taste), minced jalapeno (or other chiles, to taste and optional)

whole chicken (skin removed ), broth (i use chicken ), water, onion, sliced, garlic powder, thyme, cumin powder, chili powder, bay leaves, salt & pepper, lime , juice of, garlic cloves, sliced, el pato salsa fresca or 1 (4 oz) can tomato sauce, diced tomatoes , spanish style, carrots, chopped, stalks celery, chopped, chayotes, cubed, jalapeno, sliced, head cabbage, chopped, mushrooms, sliced, corn , nibblers, fresh cilantro

whole chicken (i usually but a whole fryer, cut up), cooked rice, carrots, small dice, monterey jack cheese, cubed into 1/2, inch pieces, water, diced avocado (i generally cut a 1/4, inch grid in the fruit while it is still in its skin, and scoop out to serve), chipotle chili, chicken bouillon (optional)

caldo pollo, here is a quick and easy idea for your avacados, chicken broth, sliced carrots, onions chopped, comino, garlic, salt to taste, white pepper to taste, chicken chunks, a few cilantro leaves, boil all of the above together then , serve in a bowl with the following in the side, cooked white rice, white shredded cheese, fresh jalepenos, sliced avacado, it is 1 of my favorite meals when we go out on date nights. i like to spoon the rice and other ingredients in a little at a time so they don tsp get too soft. it makes it a meal experience, rather than just soup., let me know what you think ., kilby
