brownie mix, vegetable oil , i use canola, eggs, beaten, almond extract, tart dried cherries or 1 cup dried cranberries, white chocolate chips

semi-sweet chocolate chips, butter at room temperature, egg, vanilla extract, white sugar, almond flour, baking powder, tb unsweetened cocoa powder, a pinch salt, walnuts, chopped or pieces, semi-sweet chocolate chips, raisins (i use golden .), you can buy almond flour which is just powdered almonds at any high quality market or health food store. it adds a chewiness to any cookie, brownie or cake recipe. (i use bob s red mill almond flour.) *you can also substitute 1/2 cup of regular flour if you don tsp want a gluten-free cookie., you can substitute dried cranberries for the raisins and change the walnuts to pecans.

yellow cake mix, brownie mix (i use ghirardelli), icing (store bought or homemade from favorite recipe )

fudge brownie mix (must use this size package), all-purpose flour, vegetable oil, water, eggs, m & s plain chocolate candy

kellogs all-bran cereal, water, low-fat brownie mix (i use betty crocker), cocoa, chocolate chips, baking powder

duncan hines fudge brownie mix (each using 2 eggs and milk instead of water), kahlua (coffee-flavored liqueur), chocolate mousse (use your own recipe , or mix up two (4.2-oz. package. chocolate mousse mix), cream (from 1 1/2 cup. heavy , whipped), semi-sweet chocolate shavings, mix brownies according to instructions on box, using the two-egg recipe and, substituting milk for the water. line two 13x9x2 1/2-inch glass or metal, pans with either parchment paper or wax paper (the paper lining makes it, much easier to remove the brownies from the pan.) grease bottoms with oil or spray with pam. pour batter into pans, and bake - either in a convection, oven at 325f for 20 minutes, or in a standard oven for about 24-26 minutes., convection oven is preferred - it makes a chewier brownie). bake until, a toothpick inserted in the middle of the brownie comes out clean ., important - do not overcook. remove from oven and allow to cool completely., loosen the sides with a knife, then remove the brownies in 1 piece from, pans. turn the brownies upside down and return to the pan. peel, off paper, then brush the brownie with half of the kahlua, starting from the, outer edges and working toward the center. spread 2 cups of the chocolate, mousse evenly over the brownie , then spread 2 cups whipped cream over the, mousse ., use a vegetable peeler to shave chocolate, then sprinkle top evenly with, chocolate shavings. remove second brownie from the other pan , brush with, remaining kahlua , and place on top. repeat layers, first spreading the, remaining chocolate mousse , then the remaining whipped cream. (there are no chocolate shavings on top). refrigerate to store.

pareve chocolate cake mix , i prefer duncan hines dark chocolate fudge or 1 (18 oz) package brownies, mix. gefen manischewitz, etc. are fine, too, pareve instant chocolate pudding mix , i prefer jello brand, but, again, you can use 1 of the heimische brands if you like, eggs, water or 1 cup pareve soymilk or 1 cup pareve rice milk, pareve sour cream , tofutti brand is the only 1 i m aware of, vegetable oil, chocolate bars, ideally 70% cacao bittersweet like scharffen berger, broken into tiny pieces. or 1 cup pareve semi-sweet chips, vanilla or 1 tsp other extract, if desired, cocoa powder, more if desired, makes the result more intensely chocolate and cuts the icky sweetness

triple chocolate brownie mix, eggs, oil, water, dr. oetker milk chocolate mousse mix, milk, heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla, heath bars or favorite candy bars (crushed), you can also use a bag of reese s peanut butter bites, sprinkling them on the top.)
