4 bell pepper capsicum salad feta olives Recipes

bell peppers, seeded, deveined and cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch cubes. use stoplight bell peppers (these often come in three-packs with 1 each of red, green and amber), feta cheese, crumbled, pitted black kalamata olives (smallish ones), salad dressing (i use my italian )

pumpkin, peeled and cut into 1cm cubes, olive oil, honey, quinoa, rinsed well and drained, whole bbq chicken, mixed lettuce leaves, baby spinach leaves, baby rocket (arugula), lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced, carrot , thinkly sliced, red capsicum, thinly sliced (sweet bell pepper), grape tomatoes, halved (can use cherry tomatoes), pear, cut into thin wedges (packham pear suggested), avocado, diced, cashews (use roasted and salted ), feta cheese, honey mustard dressing or balsamic dressing or caramelised balsamic dressing, to serve
