5 baked sweet potato microwave Recipes

sweet potatoes, steamed and peeled, ginger biscuits, crushed (gingernuts), evaporated milk, bananas, soft brown sugar

cooked chicken (i use my pressure cooker chicken pressure cooker chicken fillets, basis for savory pies etc), frozen peas, potatoes (thinly sliced ), butter, sweetcorn (fresh or canned ) (optional), zucchini (sliced ) (optional), sweet red pepper (sliced ) (optional), leek (sliced finely) (optional), broccoli (small pieces, microwaved first for 3-5 minutes) (optional), carrot (sliced , microwaved first for 3-5 minutes) (optional)

i love fresh sweet potatoes but, i use canned for this about 3 large cans. (drained and leave in chunks if can. if using fresh cut to bite size pieces., easy and quick ., apple pie filling 1 or 2 large jars or 3-4 cans. adjust it to your taste., you can bake this or microwave it.
