capsicums (bell peppers, red or yellow), tuna (if canned , then in brine, drained), fresh breadcrumb, black olives, seedless, chopped, parsley, chopped, garlic clove, grated, extra virgin olive oil, salt & freshly ground black pepper

dry penne pasta, passata (i use the best quality i can), bacon, rinds removed, baby spinach, button mushrooms, sliced, zucchini, trimmed and diced, carrot, peeled and diced, stalks celery, trimmed and diced, red capsicum (bell pepper), cheese, grated (i mix 1/2 cup parmesan and 1 and a bit cups of tasty and cheddar)
