lean ground beef , more if you want larger burgers, refried beans, jalapeno peppers, seeded, deveined and finely chopped (or milder), sweet onions, chopped, hot salsa, mozzarella cheese (or other cheese), mushrooms, cleaned & sliced, avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced, sour cream (optional), tomato, washed and chopped, crisp fried bacon, crumbled, italian rolls (or regular hamburger buns), salt & pepper

butter, eggs, heavy cream, several drops of hot pepper sauce , or to taste, i use frank s red hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste (i leave out the ), diced green chillies , i used 4 oz. can, chorizo, crumbled, fried and drained , i used 8 slices of hearty thick cut bacon instead., diced muenster cheese, chopped fresh cilantro (i skipped), chopped scallions (i used a bit of regular onion)
