deli turkey, have to be exact turkey gravy or 30 oz pork gravy, kaiser rolls or 8 hamburger buns, cheese (optional)

boneless pork roast, oil, for sauteeing, mojo criollo , marinating sauce (different brands available in most grocery stores with hispanic foods), pork gravy mix, water, white vinegar or 1/4 cup cider vinegar, bay leaf, onions, sliced, cuban bread , for sandwiches (optional)
