Salad Greens with Tangy Lemon Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups torn leaf lettuce (i like red leaf)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp honey or 1/2 tsp sugar (or to taste)

Directions:

  1. In medium bowl, combine lettuce and radicchio.
  2. In a blender, blend remaining ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour over greens and toss to coat.
