Rice Flour Sugar Cookies with Simple Icing

Ingredients:

  • 3 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  2. Mix all ingredients to form dough. I use my hands to knead everything together. Roll it out and cut out as desired. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes. Leave to cool before decorating.

  6. /2 tablespoons milk
  7. Teaspoon vanilla
  8. Combine all ingredients. Stir until smooth. You can add colour and make nice holiday treats. Decorate when cookies are cooled down.
