Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oil over high heat.
  2. Add onion, reduce to medium, cook 5 min.
  3. Add cumin and chili powder, 1 min.
  4. Add beans and water, 5 min.
  5. Mash with a fork.
  6. Add salt and pepper.
