Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup onion
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. heat oil over high heat.
2. add onion, reduce to medium, cook 5 min.
3. add cumin and chili powder, 1 min.
4. add beans and water, 5 min.
5. mash with a fork.
6. add salt and pepper.
