Refreshing Watermelon Martini

Ingredients:

  • 1 fl oz vodka
  • 1 fl oz watermelon schnapps
  • 1 fl oz seltzer water
  • 1 dash sour mix
  • 3 seedless watermelon wedges (2 for mulling, 1 for garnish)
  • ice

Directions:

  1. Mull 2 watermelon wedges in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice, vodka, watermelon pucker, seltzer and sour mix.
  3. Shake to mix and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with 1 watermelon wedge and Enjoy!
