Ral Chicken with Roma Tomato Sauce

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan
  2. Add garlic and onions
  3. Saute for 3 min
  4. Add tomatoes and wine
  5. Simmer for 10 min or to personal preference
  6. Spray breasts with cooking spray
  7. Salt and pepper breasts
  8. Mix thyme and basil together
  9. Rub breasts with thyme and basil mixture
  10. Grill breasts
  11. Serve over pasta
