Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 eggs

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients together; mixing well.
  2. Using muffin pans or egg poacher for molds. Grease pans with butter or Pam spray. Ok, I found a similar recipes on other sites - they used muffin cups (I hope this helps).
  3. Pour mixture into pans (half full).
  4. Steam for about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Makes about 15-20 large muffins or 25-30 small ones.
