Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix brown sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla. (It is important not to melt the butter, just soften it a little. Melted butter will make your cookies flat.).
  3. Add flour, salt and baking soda.
  4. Mix in oatmeal and chocolate chips, etc.
  5. Drop in teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 10 - 12 minute.
  7. Take out of oven, cool, and eat 5 at one sitting.(They will look a little too soft at first, but continue to firm up as they cool. You don't want them to get hard and crunchy.).
