Ingredients:

  • 2 cup pecans
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tsp vanella flavoring

Directions:

  1. Use heavy sauce pan
  2. Add first 2 ingredients & bring to a soft boil (225 degree)
  3. Add margarine until almost melted
  4. Remove from heat
  5. Add Pecans & Vanella
  6. Beat until it almost loses it's glossy
  7. Drop by tap or tlbs spoon size on freezer paper
  8. Wrap individually
