Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grate carrot
  2. Wash and chop pepper
  3. Peel and chop onion
  4. Finely chop green onion
  5. Heat oil
  6. When it is hot:
  7. Add garlic and ginger cook 30 seconds
  8. Add onion cook for 1 minute
  9. Add pepper/ carrot and pineapple
  10. Add rice stir about 2 minutes or until rice is shiny
  11. Add soy, curry and sugar
  12. Stir and serve
