Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pecans , processed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla together until light and fluffy.
  2. Add flour, mix to a stiff paste.
  3. Add processed pecans.
  4. Roll into 30 small balls.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees C (350 F) for 10 minutes.
  6. Dust cooled balls with icing sugar.
