Peanut Butter  salad  Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 4 bananas, peeled and sliced lengthwise and in half ( if needed)
  • 8 -12 slices bread

Directions:

  1. Mix peanut butter, carrots, honey, sunflower seeds and raisins in a bowl.
  2. Spread mixture on a slice of bread.
  3. Add sliced bananas on top.
  4. Top with slice of bread.
  5. Repeat.
  6. Can store any extra mixture for another time.
