Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl mash the bananas and then cream the apple sauce and sugar.
  3. Mix in the water and extracts.
  4. Stir in peaches.
  5. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder; gradually add to the cream mixture.
  6. Stir in the quick oats.
  7. Pour into a greased 9 by 5 by 3 loaf pan.
  8. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over the batter.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  10. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
