Directions:

  1. Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and garlic. Sauté 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes, sauté 1 minute or until zucchini is crisp-tender.
  4. Combine tomato mixture, orzo, and salt. Toss well.
