Old-Fashioned Ice Cream Soda

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle (1 liter) club soda or ginger ale
  • 1 pint ice cream

Directions:

  1. Pour 1/2 cup club soda into each of four tall glasses. Add 1/2 cup ice cream to each glass. Fill glasses with soda. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
