Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup peanut oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Cream together eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and salt.
  2. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix well.
  3. Stir in bananas, milk and pecans.
  4. Pour into greased and floured 11x7 bread pans.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
