Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk.
  2. Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute. (Use a timer - don't overcook.)
  3. Stirn in vanilla, peanut butter and oats; mix thoroughly.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
  5. Let cool.
