Nasturtium Vinegar

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup nasturtium leaves
  • nasturtium petals, and buds
  • 1 pint champagne or 1 pint white wine or 1 pint apple cider vinegar

Directions:

  1. Place the ingredients in a clean clear glass jar or bottle.
  2. Tightly seal.
  3. Let sit for at least 3 weeks before using. Then remove Nasturtiums.
