Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lbs. potatoes
  2. Boil 5 min. and remove from heat. Slice thinly and salt and pepper
  3. Cook covered for 1 1/2 hour - 3 hours. Half way through remove cover to brown top.
  4. Melt 12 T. butter
  5. Add 12 T. flour
  6. Add approx. 3 c. milk
  7. Add 2 lbs. cheese
  8. May need to add more milk to write consistency
