Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain well.
  2. Saute onions,green onions, garlic, and mushrooms in butter until tender.
  3. In mixing bowl, mix together the broccoli, sour cream, onion mixture, cream cheese and spices.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Pour broccoli mixture in casserole dish.
  6. Top with cheese and bread crumbs or Ritz crumbs.
  7. Bake until cheese melts and topping is golden brown,about 15 minutes.
  8. Serve in casserole dish or pour into chafing dish.
  9. Serve with toasted rounds, crackers, or chips
