Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar; beat in egg and vanilla
  2. Stir together flour, coffee, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt; slowly blend into creamed mixture
  3. Using star plate, force through cookie press in 3-inch strips on ungreased cookie sheet
  4. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 - 12 minutes
  5. Cool. Dip one end of each cookie in chocolate then coat with nuts.
  6. Makes 6 1/2 dozen.
